At 4.9% iTown Realty takes full real estate service to the next level. This option offers the seller an advertising program with MAXIMUM coverage everyday until the home sells. The following summarizes the framework of this option and outlines what the seller will receive. All showing are coordinated and conducted by an iTown agent. Under certain situations a lockbox maybe used.


MLS Listing:


Your home will be input into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and MAP (North Suburban MLS). Through iTown Realty's participation in the MLS, information on your home is available every day to the entire Realtor community in the greater Chicagoland metropolitan area.

Maximum Internet Exposure:

Local Newspaper Advertising (Weekends 2 & 4):

Local newspaper advertisements notifying the neighborhood of your sale. Exposure through local advertising helps to reach a targeted demographic that may be interested in buying your property.

Open Houses (By request only.  Maximum of two total):

Either Saturday or Sunday for 2-3 hours depending on the seller's schedule.

Customized Flyer Service (All weekends for first two months):

Flyer is customized by iTown Realty and delivered to every real estate agent in the immediate area based on the location of the property.

Customized Brochure:

A customized brochure on the home will be prepared by iTown Realty. This brochure will include color pictures and detailed descriptions on the home. Multiple copies of the brochure will remain at the home for buyers to take.

Virtual Tour:

A virtual tour will be created and electronically attached to the home's MLS listing, Chicago Tribune online site, , and . This enables every Realtor and potential buyer to view the tour on-line. This tour will remain online the entire term of the home's listing agreement.

iTown Sign:

AniTown sign will be installed in front of your property. This will inform the neighborhood that your property is for sale.

It is a way to have people start talking to their friends and family about your property and is a great advertisement to attract potential buyers that may be passing by.

iTown Postcards:

Mailed directly to 200 homes in and around your property. These postcards are targeted to inform your local community that your property is for sale.

With 93% of buyers starting their search online, what better place to position your property for them to see than with your own customized website. Your site will feature a detailed description of rooms throughout the home. It will offer multiple pictures and a 360-degree virtual tour.
